The KSI 8081-CS 2x2 grid ceiling mount loudspeaker is
our most popular model featuring a unique and innovative design
in a very cost effective package.
The 8081-CS offers smooth midrange performance with
powerful bass response through the use of our 8" bass-mid transducer
and optimally tuned passive radiator. Our 8" transducer provides
superb voice reproduction for greatly improved intelligibility
not found in competitive loudspeakers. Coupling this to our
1" pure titanium dome tweeter gives the 8081-CS outstanding
clarity and coherence along with wide frequency response and
moderate power capacity. To further enhance the low frequency
and midrange reproduction of the 8081-CS, we have re-engineered
the backbox to feature our anti-resonance fabrication. This
construction technique utilizes our state of the art CNC machinery
to give us an incredibly strong, vibration free and low weight
enclosure, greatly improving the sound quality over the entire
spectrum.
