The KSI 801-WMBB is the wall mount companion to our
popular 8081-CS.
The 801-WMBB offers smooth midrange performance with
powerful bass response through the use of our 8" bass-mid transducer
and optimally tuned passive radiator. Coupling this to our 1"
pure titanium dome tweeter yields a loudspeaker with outstanding
clarity and coherence along with wide frequency response and
moderate power capacity. The backbox is designed to mount into
a 2x6 wall cavity on 16" centers prior to the drywall installation.
The drywall installer simply trims out the backbox opening as
with any light fixture or outlet. After painting and finishing
the drywall, the 801-WMBB baffle is reinstalled into
the opening to complete the job.
