The 601-WMBB offers smooth midrange and bass response
through the use of our 6.5" bass-mid transducer and 8" optimally
tuned passive radiator. Our 6.5" transducer provides exceptional
voice reproduction making the 601-WMBB a fine loudspeaker
for video and dialogue applications. Coupling this to our 1"
pure titanium dome tweeter gives the 601-WMBB outstanding
clarity and coherence along with wide frequency response and
moderate power capacity. The backbox is designed to mount into
a 2x4 wall cavity on 16" centers prior to the drywall installation.
The drywall installer simply trims out the backbox opening as
with any light fixture or outlet. After painting and finishing
of the drywall, the 601-WMBB baffle can be quickly reinstalled
into the opening to complete the job.
