The KSI 501-WMBB is the smallest loudspeaker in our
line of Series III Wall Mount Loudspeakers. The 501-WMBB
offers smooth midrange and bass response through the use of
our 5.25" bass-mid transducer and 8" optimally tuned passive
radiator. Our 5.25" transducer faithfully reproduces the critical
midrange frequencies so critical for voice and dialogue applications.
Coupling this to our 1" pure titanium dome tweeter gives the
501-WMBB outstanding clarity and coherence along with
wide frequency response and moderate power capacity. The backbox
is designed to mount into a 2x4 wall cavity on 16" centers prior
to the drywall installation. The drywall installer simply trims
out the backbox opening as with any light fixture or outlet.
After painting and finishing off the drywall, the 501-WMBB
baffle can be quickly reinstalled into the opening to complete
the job.
